Ralph is the bad guy from the game «Fix-it Felix Jr.», and as such is damned to always lose. But he desperately wants to win, so he sneaks out of his game at night through the power cable into the Central Game Station and smuggles himself into Hero's Duty – where he is soon overwhelmed by the high-tech graphics. Because he steals a medal, Sergeant Calhoun is hot on his trail when he moves on to the next game. Ralph has to break free or it will be «Game Over» all too soon.
